This Artisan Business uses clay as a means of empowering vulnerable young women along the Thailand-Myanmar border. Their intent in training Artisans is not simply to make beautiful products, but to help the women overcome obstacles and pursue a hope-filled future. The women receive life skills training, a savings fund, and educational opportunities to help them turn their dreams into reality.
Our Artisan Partners in Thailand use high-quality materials to hand-make every piece of jewelry. Their styles are created using materials like Porcelain Bone China, 14K gold fill, sterling silver, and liquid gold. The Artisans learn a long and intricate process to form every porcelain piece and paint every gold stroke.
